UP, down, Up

Last few days were a challenge ~ I thought it was mental, emotional fatigue. Then I figured it out ~ achy remnants of a cold & cough, plus lots of 'doing' left me immobilized from the neck up. And dizzy. Thankfully when I realized it wasn't all grief, I visited Ou's Acupuncture & Herb Center. Tamed those back and neck muscles and allowed the chest to open and air to flow again. That takes care of that. 

Dr. Ou treats cancer patients for free, he was a compassionate support and presence to Richard.

UP, down, Up! I finally got Summer up to the East Bay Hills today, my beloved Regional Parks.
