Bridge Meander

Home

Today I did what amounted to a belated b'day ride.

My bicycle partner showed, but it was too much to actually get the leg over the bike to ride. I sent him home ~ we have priorities after all.

A few days ago, what had started as a good birthday day turned south half way thru. My nerves were shot and it took till today and this ride to begin a reset.

It is hard to describe how flashbacks are mental, physical and emotional in nature. Wasn't taking readings in a timely manor so the problem kept building till I was on the verge of vertigo.

I rode. Alone. It was good. A beautiful day. I love the port and I had it all to myself, a ride of discovery, views, solitude.

I rode the 'pier' as some riders call the dead end OBB bike path.

Continued on to PEETS on 4th and was treated to this old band

Meandered back home.
